Please understand that colors may vary slightly from what appears in your mockup to the actual print(Lighter or Darker).

Note: 3D shirts/All over shirts your design will cover the whole shirt depending on your print side. Ex. Front only means the back will be blank/white. Front and back will cover the whole shirt.

Sizes normally range up to 3X in this type. For a 4-5X please contact us via email or social media to see if there is any way we may be able to provide this size. Unfortunately these sizes aren’t guaranteed but if in stock we can help!

3D Sublimation is dye printing. This type of printing covers the entire shirt. With the proper material our printer uses heat to transfer the dye onto products like mugs, license plates, shirts and much more. Just like screen printing, our products using this method can be washed over and over without cracking, fading or peeling. These start at $35 each.

We use a few different brands for these shirts to offer the low price we do. Jerzees, Gildan, Sublivie, Vapor and more they are similar in size and can change 1 and 1/2 inches or so. Shirts are 100% polyester.

Pressing Instructions

When it comes to achieving the best results with our transfers, following the instructions below will ensure optimal outcomes:

  1. Set the heat press temperature: To begin, adjust your heat press temperature to a range of 320-330 degrees Fahrenheit. This temperature range has been determined to yield the best results for our transfers.
  2. Press the transfer: Place the transfer on the desired fabric surface, ensuring that it is positioned correctly. Cover the transfer with a sheet of parchment paper to protect both the transfer and the fabric. Apply medium to firm pressure on the heat press for a duration of 15-20 seconds. This timeframe has been determined to be optimal for the transfer process.
  3. Cooling process: After the transfer has been pressed, allow it to cool completely. It is important to note that this is not a hot peel process. Allowing the transfer to cool ensures that it adheres properly to the fabric.
  4. Peel off the transfer: Once the transfer has cooled, carefully peel it off the fabric surface. Take care to remove the transfer smoothly and evenly, avoiding any damage to the design or fabric.
  5. Final press: For added durability and to ensure a long-lasting transfer, perform a final press. Place a teflon sheet or another sheet of parchment paper over the transferred area. Apply the heat press for an additional 5-10 seconds, using medium pressure. This final press helps to secure the transfer and enhance its longevity.

By following these instructions, you can achieve the best possible results when pressing our transfers. We recommend adhering to these guidelines to ensure the longevity and quality of your custom designs. If you have any further questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team.
