Shipping and Delivery Information:
Local Pickup:
- Artwork Approval Time: Once your artwork is approved, please allow 5 business days.
- Example: If artwork is approved on Monday, the order will be ready on the following Monday.
Standard Delivery:
- Artwork Approval Time: Orders are shipped 5 business days after artwork approval.
- Example: If artwork is approved on Tuesday, shirts will be ready on the following Tuesday.
Rush Delivery:
- No Saturday or Sunday rush orders.
- Same Day Orders: Cutoff time is 12pm noon. Orders after 12pm noon are considered Next Day orders.
- Rush Fees:
- Same Day: $50 (12pm cutoff time)
- 2 Business Day: $25
- 3 Business Day: $15
- All rush orders have a 6pm pickup time.
Shipping Locations:
- We ship only in the United States.
Estimated Delivery Time:
- Processing Time: 1-3 business days.
- Delivery Time Frame: Typically 10-20 business days.
- Note: Postal delays due to factors like distance, customs, and natural disasters may occur. Tracking information is provided for every order.

Lost in Mail:
- Insured shipping and handling prevent lost packages.
- If your package faces issues, we'll send a replacement with priority shipping if possible.
